Fall Fundamentals Continues!

Ethan was one of the youngest kids at the Fall Fundamentals and though he couldn't quite get the ball up to the rim when it was all the way up, we definitely saw him improve with each practice...he is a dribbling machine (for a 4 year old:-).  Regardless though, what was most important to us was that he always hustle and never give up....there were a few times we would look over and see him sitting on his ball, but for the most part, he gave it 100% and we couldn't have been prouder of him! 

 Ethan with his friend Arielle....they have been friends since they were 3 months old in the infant room at First Impressions...now they go to different schools but they still see each other at birthday parties and play basketball and soccer together....I love that Ethan has such special friendships:-)

FIELD TRIP!! Ethan's class goes to the Apple Barn!

Ethan's preschool class had a field trip today to the Apple Barn where they learned all about the different kinds of apples that they grow there....it was actually really interesting for me, a serious apple lover! 

 They also have blackberries and all of the kids got to try one.  Cautious Ethan was very hesitant to try one, but when he saw the other kids eating them he quickly decided he couldn't be the only one not to. 

 And suprise!  He actually liked it and got to have another one!

 After the trip through the orchid the kids each get an apple and a cup of cider slush....perfect snack to end the trip!

When we got home from the party the boys wanted to play in the yard....I went inside for a second and came out to find Ethan going to the bathroom....

 I still had my camera so I snapped a shot because I could see Brady on his way over....and as Brady got to Ethan he said, in his melodic tone (if you know Brady, you know exactly what I'm talking about), "Whatcha doing Ethan?"  It was priceless
