Frozen Sing-A-Long!
Ryan's bank, Town & Country, had a Frozen Sing-A-Long tonight. They played the movie Frozen on a projector with a huge screen, had popcorn and Popsicles, glow sticks and Anna and Elsa even made an appearance!
Ethan took two friends with him, Nate and Zach...they were too cool to get their pictures taken with Ann and Elsa....Nate Swaney is apparently afraid of costumes (he said "no really, I'm very afraid, can't go near them:-) and the other boys just suggested that they "throw their soccer ball at their behinds". OH BOYS!!
Brady and Hannah were more than happy to get their picture taken!
Perhaps too much sugar?
"No, I don't want my picture taken!"
"Just kidding!"

Lego Time!
When we got home from Shelbyville the boys instantly started putting together the Legos they had gotten in Shelbyville....this one took a few days though....perhaps when they say ages 8 and over on the box they really mean it?:-)
Floatboat'n on Lake Shelbyville...the Fun Continues!
We stopped fishing around noon and picked up Mimi and Brady, grabbed lunch and headed back out. We found a quite cove and decided to start fishing again.
Brady wanted to give it a try so Mimi directed him (it didn't last long:-)
Smile Ryan!
Ethan found the worms!

The water was a bit cold, and it got a bit cloudy, so the boys decided they weren't going to swim.....which meant that Papa, Daddy and I had to (I only did it because even Ethan said "Mommy will never get in that water!")
Within seconds of pulling out of the cove to go for a little cruise Brady passed out.
Our Captain!
Ethan and Ryan kept fishing as we cruised along and Ethan caught another fish!
Brady woke up just in time to help drive the boat back into the marina.
This was by far one of the best, most relaxing weekends we have had in Shelbyville. We spent 99% of the time outdoors with the kids and loved every second of it. Summer comes and goes so quickly that we really feel like we have to soak up every minute we can get. We are definitey creating great memories!!

FishingTrip - Lake Shelbyville
Ethan's favorite part of fishing was playing with the minnows....and much to my suprise he was okay with putting them on his hook....I still cannot to do that!
Ethan and Papa checking out their line....
Fishing is exhausting:-)
Daddy helping Ethan pull in his fish....
Ethan caught the first fish of the day!!

July 4th - Ethan Learns to Ride his Bike....and Brady tags along:-)
While Ethan was learning to ride his bike, Brady and I played on the playgrounds at Main Street. At one point while I was taking pictures of Ethan riding, I looked across the playground to see Brady....
at first he saw me....

but he quickly forgot about me and I caught belting out a song, totally unaware that any of us were there:-)
He really is as sweet as they come!
