Halloween 2012!

Halloween started with a party at Ethan's school....though I didn't have my camera with me for that one....good thing he came with me to Brady's party at First Impressions:-)

Ethan didn't want to wear his Captain America costume for his school party so he wore one of his play costumes.

Ethan and Hannah (a.k.a. Mini Jane Fonda)

Brady and Hannah.....yes, the Cour boys love them some Hannah Jones:-)

Brady wasn't feeling very well today so he stayed with Nana and Papa Cour during the day and then Papa Cour brought him to school for his party.  I think he was a bit unsure of what was going on!

The entire crew getting ready to trick-or-treat in Nana and Papa Cour's neighborhood.

Brady rode in his buggy the entire time and was happy as a clam (with cold little fingers!)

Halloween Weekend in Shelbyville

We spent Halloween weekend in Shelbyville this year and the boys went trick-or-treating on Dunaway Lane....Ethan couldn't wait to put his costume on and ended up taking his nap in it, so when it finally came time to go trick-or-treating he was pretty much over it....but he agreed to humor his Mommy:-)

Before we get to the boys though, a quick photo of the parentals from our 1st "Annual" Halloween Party.

Captain America!

And our litte Monster (very fitting costume:-)

Ethan got a kick out of Nanny's parrot that repeated everything he said.

It wouldn't be a trip to Mimi and Papa's without some fort building!

Perfect place to watch the Ipad

Party Time!

Ethan's 4th Birthday Party was at Riverside Stables in the Arena....we had horse riding, pumpkin decorating and games. We were supposed to go on a hayride but unfortunately the downpour of rain that happened at the start of the party prevented any outside activities. I think the kids had plenty of fun inside though!

The treat table (and the Birthday Boy....clearly thrilled to have his picture taken:-)

Pumpkins ready for decorating!

Ethan and Parker....cousins and best friends:-)

Ethan's other best friend, Zachary.

Ethan insisted that he was not going to ride a horse, but we quickly convinced him that he should just give it a try...and guess what, he loved it!

Beautiful Pumpkins!!

Brady was fashionably late to the party and made quite an entrance!

He of course had no qualms about riding the horse and squealed in delight the entire time!

Ethan even decided to take a second ride!

"Happy Birthday to Ethan...."

Time for games!
