Ethan and Mimi Make a Snowman!

Mimi made Ethan his first snowman and then Ethan helped "accessorize". He was very proud of the finished product, and every time we pull out of the garage and points and says "Mimi's snowman...I helped!"

We spent all day Saturday painting Ethan's room blue and setting up his "big boy" bed...he went from a toddler bed to a full size bed! It was definitely sad to think he was officially done with his toddler bed. We also painted his baby brother's room khaki...Ethan was such a good helper and even did a little painting with Papa!

Christy and Maddy had us over for a playdate Saturday morning....all Ethan could talk about the night before was eating pancakes, bouncing in Maddy's bounce house and playing in Maddy's kitchen...it was a great start to the weekend!

We took Ethan bowling for the first time with our good friends Aaron, Christy and little Maddy. Ethan is very fond of Maddy so he was especially excited!

Ethan and Papa playing with his train set....he got the train set last year for Christmas and this year he got some new "choo-choo's" for the train set. When he opened the new trains he pointed out which ones were his and which ones were Papa's....and told Mama that she did not get any:-( The train set is definitely all Ethan and Papa....every time we go visit Mimi and Papa the first thing he does when we get there is find Papa and say "come on Papa...lets go play with choo-choo."
